Some of the benefits of PDI include:
  • Health insurance coverage for the PDI Fellow is provided by the Embassy of Kuwait
  • PDI Fellows are pre-screened and vetted thoroughly for the U.S. job market
  • PDI Fellows are legally eligible to work in the U.S. for up to three years under the Optional Practical Training  (OPT) status
  • PDI Fellows participate in a 3-day annual leadership training program in Washington, DC
  • PDI Fellows participate in monthly online leadership forums hosted by distinguished trainers
  • PDI Fellows are scholarship recipients from the Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education
